Terms of Service

By creating a Prepz account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 16, your parent or guardian must consent on your behalf.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

Prepz offers Standard and Plus subscription plans, billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Billing starts immediately upon subscription — there is no free trial period.

Credit packs (Emergency and Intensive) are one-time purchases used after your weekly credits run out.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Manage subscription (Stripe billing portal). Cancellation stops future billing — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a billing error, were charged for a service you could not access, or have another valid concern, contact us through the in-app Help form and we will review your request promptly.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including: sharing your account, attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the service, or using automated tools to scrape content.

You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the right to use any materials you submit.

Prepz is designed to help you learn — not to do your work for you. Our AI tutor guides you to answers instead of handing them over, and our presentation builder checks your understanding before generating content.

You agree to use Prepz as a learning aid and to submit work that is your own. Misrepresenting AI-generated content as your own original work may violate your school's academic policies.

Prepz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
